SlimTax Service Agreement

Effective Date: 4/1/25

By submitting your vehicle information and purchasing services through SlimTax, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service:
   SlimTax will prepare and file an appeal with Wake County tax authorities to seek a reduction of your vehicle’s assessed property tax value.

2. Customer Responsibilities:
   You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including vehicle details and current tax bill data.

3. Savings Guarantee:
   SlimTax guarantees that if no reduction is achieved in your property tax bill as a result of our appeal, we will refund your full payment.
   Satisfaction issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the final bill.

4. Fees:
   Fees are collected upfront at the time of checkout.
   No additional fees will be charged following the appeal submission.

5. Outcome Disclaimer:
   SlimTax cannot guarantee a specific reduction amount.
   Our guarantee is limited to saving you money or refunding your payment.

6. Consent to Representation:
   By using our service, you authorize SlimTax and its representatives to submit appeals, communicate with Wake County officials, and act on your behalf for the purpose of property tax appeal.

7. Refund Policy:
   If SlimTax is unable to achieve any savings for you, your full payment will be refunded automatically.
   If you are dissatisfied for any other reason, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your final bill.

8. Limitation of Liability:
   SlimTax’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by you. SlimTax is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law:
   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
